A retreat at
Old Mission Santa Ines
for 8th Grade students
from Watts, CA
on May 16, 2011

No this is not the Willie Nelson bus;
This is the St. Lawrence bus.

Joan Sullivan, the Eighth Grade teacher at our grade school in Watts arrives each morning to school at 6:00 AM. Her love and sacrifice for her children are obvious. This year she brought them on a Day Retreat to the old Mission Santa Ines.

We have arrived!

As you can see by the pictures, it was a blessed event. These young people will remember this day for the rest of their lives.

Our Hospitality Ministry group at the Old Mission welcomed the eighth graders. Prayer, food and fun were the order of the day. God Bless all who made this possible!
